  2. COURSE REGISTRATION PROCESS: Please note: Registering on our courses means you are liable for payment.
    • On-line process All registrations are done on-line on our web site and are taken on a first come first served basis. No reservations or telephone bookings will be accepted.
    • Maximum delegates The maximum number of delegates a course can accommodate is dependant on the particular course and venue.  This is between 20 and 25. Course registration remains open until all places are full.  A full course will be indicated on the site.
    • Confirmation After clicking the “Submit” button, please wait for the registration confirmation message to pop up on your screen.  Should this not occur, your registration was not successful and we encourage you to try again or contact us.  If your registration was successful you will automatically receive an email confirmation with course and payment details. If you requested a tax invoice to be sent before payment then this will be sent to you within 7 days of confirmation.  A registration confirmation holds your place on the course until 2 weeks before the course commences.  If we have received no payment by that date then your place may be offered to someone else.
    • Payment To secure your place, payment is required 2 weeks before the commencement date of the course.  Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive (within 7 days) an email with further course details and a tax invoice.     • Cancellation In the event of a cancellation, we would require notification in writing (email or letter) before the course commences.  The amount of refund is dependant on the notice period given.
      • Full refund - Greater than 14 days notice of cancellation
      • 50% refund - 7 to 14 days notice of cancellation
      • No refund - less than 7 days notice of cancellation
    • Failure to attend If you fail to attend the course, no refund will be given, but we will accept a colleague in your place.
