Follow N1 into town, at the bottom of the flyover the N1 becomes Buitengracht Street, go straight over the traffic lights and over the next two set of lights (watch out for speed cameras max 60km/h).  At the next set of lights get into the right lane and turn right into Strand Street (This becomes High Level road).  Follow this for road for about 2.5 kms and you will come to a set of lights where Glengariff Road crosses it.  Go straight over these lights, then after 100 meters take your first left into Upper Rhine Road.  Then turn first right into Calais Road.  No 12 is about 50 meters on your right.
